The best patchouli oil in the world! A widely used fixative in perfumes - but very, very strong and not admired by everyone. The very intense aroma is described as earthy, rich, sweet, balsamic, woody and spicy. Said to be a good sedative, nerve tonic and aphrodisiac. Has been used to combat depression, frigidity, anxiety, dandruff, wrinkles, herpes and other fungal infections.
