Contains the characteristic flavor and fragrance of nutmeg spice. It is used in cooking as a replacement for the spice. One or two drops are sufficient in most recipes. It is also used in men's fragrances and spicy perfumes. As an inhalative it reduces frigidity and impotence, invigorates the mind and helps create colorful, intense dreams.

TIP: Blends well with bay, clary sage, coriander, geranium, lavandin, lime, mandarin, oakmoss, orange, peru balsam, petitgrain, and rosemary.
